To archive a client, click the red Archive link at the far right end of their entry in the Clients list.
While an archived client is essentially discharged from the system, their Heart Rate (HR) and Respiratory Rate (RR) records are still stored for 30 days. Trend reports remain available past this time. This information can be searched with the Search Box like an active client. There is a View Report button available as well.
