The 5050 ENSIGN Mobile Computer Handset is an easy to use interface for users who require portable ENSIGN access without an existing personal computer, laptop or smart device with a web browser.
To turn on the Handset, press and hold the power button on top of the Handset as shown above. If the Handset is placed into the 5051 ENSIGN Mobile Computer Charging Dock then it will automatically power on. To power down or restart the handset, press and hold the Power button then tap the "Power Down" or "Restart" option respectively.
cura1 recommends only charging the 5050 ENSIGN Mobile Computer Handset with the 5051 ENSIGN Mobile Computer Charging dock.
Upon powering on, the 5050 ENSIGN Mobile Computer Handset will access the ENSIGN login screen. Enter your username and password as you would any other touch screen device.
Alarm volume may be adjusted with the bottom button on the right-hand side of the Handset. The alarm cannot be silenced, only reduced in volume.
The 5050 ENSIGN Mobile Computer Handset comes with a protective case. If 4G internet is required, this case will need to be removed to access the SIM card slot on the right-hand side of the Handset.
