Details on the current and recent status of a BSP can be displayed in two ways. First, hover the mouse cursor (PC) or hold a finger on (mobile) the Client Status area. Details on how long the BSP has been online and the duration of its current status will display.
To access the Real-Time Status screen click on the magnifying glass icon on a Client's ICC.
Note: This feature must be enabled by the administrator. Refer to 10.2 Global Settings.
The Real-Time Status screen displays the last 30 minutes of the Client's Heart Rate (HR) and Respiratory Rate (RR). The period displayed can be changed from 5 minutes to 120 minutes in one minute steps by using the up/down arrows or typing directly in the text box of the "Last XX Minutes" control.
Client statuses will display below the graphs. The time and date each status commenced will display along with the duration they have been in that state.
The connection status of the BSP will also display.
Below the client status, any Alarms currently active will display along with when they commenced and time they have remained active.
To print a physical copy of this screen click on the "Print" button in the top-right corner of the Real-Time Status screen.
To close the Real-Time Status display, click on the X icon in the top right corner.
