To reset a ComCare+ User’s password, click the Reset Password button (circled). This will display the following reset password dialogue box for ComCare+ Users:
Enter a new password for the user and confirm the password, then click the Save Button to save changes. If the passwords do not match, you will be prompted to re-enter the password.
After clicking Save an e-mail confirming the changed password will be sent to the user's address.
