If the user has forgotten their login password this message will display.
Click Try Again to make another login attempt. Click Reset My Password to replace the password entirely. After clicking Reset My Password the following message will display:
An e-mail will be sent to the account's address:
After clicking the Reset Password link this message will display in the web browser or Ensign App.
Another e-mail will now be sent to the account's address:
Use this new password to log into the Ensign system through your web browser or Comcare+ App as normal. To change the account's password again refer to 7.4 Reset Password.
