Toggle the Notes switch to allow notes to be entered for each client on their Individual Client Card (ICC).
Select from the drop-down menu which details these notes will contain:
• General Notes: Provides a text box to write anything noteworthy about caring for the Client.
• Vital Notes: Provides boxes to write about the Client's HR, RR, Temperature and Blood Pressure.
